DAY 2 - METROPOLITAN NATIONAL PARK
Get ready for an early start today as we immerse ourselves in the beauty of nature with a hike through the Metropolitan Natural Park, the only wildlife park nestled within the bustling capital of Panama. Just a short fifteen-minute drive from downtown Panama, this park is a haven for a diverse array of birds, plants, and mammals, making it the perfect setting for a captivating two-hour hike.
After our invigorating hike, we'll whisk you away to the Miraflores Locks, where you'll witness the awe-inspiring operation of the Panama Canal. Watch in amazement as the northbound ship convoy gracefully traverses the locks, journeying from the Pacific Ocean to the Atlantic, creating a truly unforgettable spectacle.
Once we've soaked in the marvels of the Panama Canal, our next stop takes us through the historic Panama Canal Zone to the enchanting Colonial city of Panama, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site. DAY 3 - INDIGENOUS COMMUNITY
Prepare for a morning filled with adventure as your knowledgeable guide picks you up from your hotel and escorts you to the breathtaking Lake Alajuela, nestled within the magnificent Chagres National Park. Upon reaching the Corotu port, you'll be greeted by the Embera community, who will guide you on an enchanting journey aboard their traditional dugout canoes, meandering through the lush and picturesque rainforest until you reach their intimate indigenous village. This community thrives within the protected expanse of over 135,000 hectares, which proudly shelters 40% of Panama's remarkable flora and fauna, offering a rare opportunity to immerse yourself in both the natural wonders and rich cultural heritage of the region.

DAY 4 - SAN LORENZO
Embark on a picturesque one-hour journey through the lush rainforest enveloping the Panama Canal, treating your senses to unparalleled vistas of this vital waterway. As the train meanders along, you'll be treated to sightings of the canal locks, the shimmering lake, and a variety of wildlife, including playful monkeys, vibrant toucans, and leisurely sloths nestled in nearby trees. Be on the lookout for majestic crocodiles and colossal Panamax vessels gracefully navigating the waterway.
Upon reaching the Caribbean side of the country, immerse yourself in the marvels of the new Panama Canal locks at Agua Clara. DAY 5 - SOBERANIA NATIONAL PARK
Your guide will promptly arrive at your hotel to whisk you away to the picturesque town of Gamboa, nestled along the scenic banks of the Panama Canal. Prepare to immerse yourself in the embrace of nature as you embark on an invigorating three-hour hike through the remarkable SoberanÃa National Park—a pristine natural reserve within the Panama Canal watershed. Encompassing nearly 20,000 hectares, this expansive park is teeming with an impressive variety of mammals, birds, and reptiles. Our knowledgeable guides possess the expertise to locate these remarkable creatures and will eagerly point them out to you along the trail.
After the hike, we'll transport you to the nearby marina, where you'll board a boat for a captivating one-hour excursion on Gatun Lake. As you glide alongside the colossal Panamax vessels traversing the Panama Canal, our experienced captain will guide you to different areas of the lake, providing ample opportunities to observe the abundant wildlife.

DAY 6 - TRANSFER TO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
